Sampling arm
Food-o-test 200 is provided with an arm which is first dispensing the reagent and after an accurate washing it is dispensing the sample.
The sampling arm is supplied with a pre-heater system for liquid, a shock sensor and a capacitive liquid level detector.
Fluid circuits are made of long life Teflon tubing.
Food-o-test 200: the power of proven quality.

Dispensing diluter
In order to reach very high accuracy and reproducibility in drawing and dispensingreaction fluids, the sampling arm is provided with a high-precisiondiluter. The diluter is a micro-metering pumps with acrylic head and ceramicplunger driven by stepping motor to get the resolution of 0.193μl per pulse.
The arm handles volumes up to 500μl per each machine cycle.
Compared to traditional syringe, normally used in this class of analysers, the dispensing system maintenance is drastically reduced in Food-o-test 200.
Food-o-test 200: the state of the art.

Electronic
Food-o-test 200 is controlled by flexible modular low-consumption electronic assemblies fully designed
and produced in Italy by I.S.E. Group using SMD technology. Particular attention has been given to
reduce needs of maintenance: high reliability and modularity reduce service costs.
Inside Food-o-test 200 several microcontrollers are linked together through a double bus for synchro and
functional operation. Micro-stepping drivers allow high precision mechanical movements.
Worldwide use power supply module with PFC interface and input transient protection.

Software
Food-o-test 200software, developed by I.S.E. Group, is based on Windows XP Pro operating system.
A user friendly interface assists the operator and simplifies the daily routine work.
Real time check of liquid levels.
Real time check of patient results.
QC with Levy-Jennings plot on three levels.
Graphic representation of work session.

Reagents
Food-o-test 200wants to simplify your routine work.
I.S.E. Group offers a complete CE marked reagent panel, ready to use in mono or bi-reagent boxes.
Positive identification of reagents gives the end user the assurance to work without compromises on quality.
Thirty parameters for enzymes and substrates, with application on serum, plasma and urine, based on the most advanced research in clinical chemistry following international recommendations (IFCC).
Twenty-three parameters for specific protein, with application on serum, plasma and urine (μ-albuminuria), standardized with 6-point calibration curve.
Food-o-test 200gives you the possibility to create special methods.
